Return and Exchange Policy

Pet Central will accept for return or exchange items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered and free of damages by the customer.  For a full refund or exchange bring in your item within 30 days from receipt of the original order.  Due to product tampering restrictions,  medicines such as flea and tick medications may not be returned unless approved by the manufacturer.

Most items we sell are backed by the manufacturer for a 100% satisfaction guarantee.  Pet Central honors each manufacturer individual satisfaction policy and will accept a return if the customer is not satisfied in accordance with the specific manufacturer’s policy.  The manufacture may require us to record your name, address, phone number and product purchased in order to receive credit for the return.
